If you're from Canada, this article will also be of no use ! The truth is, my country, like many others, would prefer to waste our hard-earned money on better things like dumb PSAs telling us to look both ways before crossing the street... no, really, they have them ! In my lovely province of Quebec, the pathetic road conditions have become a running joke. If you've never visited the big P.Q., trust me, they're bad - like third world country bad. It's a disgrace... and I don't think we're alone in this problem. It would seem in this day and age that governments would prefer to handle P.R. while shoveling our cash in the back door ! After all, it is more profitable to use police departments for speeding and parking tickets than it is for stopping the rapists, drug dealers and wife beaters. Oh well, no one ever said big business was a pretty or fair game !
